A Servant’s Manifesto

I will serve first; profit second.

I will do what I promise, even if it results in a lack of sleep, food, comfort, or money.

I will go above and beyond to correct a mistake.

I will never ignore an error but accept it with grace and dignity.

I will have the self-security to serve without approval or compliments.

I will always do what’s right.

I will never shy away from a complaint or criticism, knowing that if the customer feels wronged, I have wronged him.

I will understand that business IS personal.

I will operate with meticulous care, knowing my mistake can ruin a customer’s day.

I will understand my power as a creator, and embrace the responsibility which accompanies that call.

I will not make excuses.
